This license covers the pcba package and the PCBA Studio extension when you obtain them from PyPI, the Visual Studio Marketplace, or Open VSX. It does not license the private source repository.
Grant
Newmatik GmbH grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and run those unmodified published copies, so that you can review designs you are allowed to review.
What this license does not grant
You may not sell, sublicense, publish, or host the software as a service of your own. The grant does not include STM32CubeMX, ST's MCU database, or Altium. Rights that mandatory law gives you remain in force.
No sign-off
The software reports evidence for a person to review. It does not certify a design and it does not sign off a release.
Warranty and liability
The software is provided as is. Warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are excluded where the law allows that exclusion. Liability is the liability stated on the Terms page.
End of the license
The license ends if you breach it. You then stop using the published software and delete your copies. The warranty and liability sections continue.
